Description
he TSV101 is a high-reliability AC voltage detector with an optoisolated open collector output. It operates in two selectable voltage ranges: 85-250 VAC and 170-250 VAC, which can be set via an internal jumper.
Designed for durability, the TSV101 is built entirely with electronic components, eliminating mechanical or electromechanical parts. Its galvanically isolated output uses a photocoupler, ensuring safe and reliable signal transmission. The device is self-powered, drawing energy directly from the monitored voltage.
The TSV101 detects line voltage presence or absence in UPS systems, power supplies, electrical sources, and power lines. Its DIN rail mountable design allows for quick and secure installation in industrial environments.
The detector’s output can be connected to Teracom’s TCW1xx, TCW2xx, and TCG1xx controllers, as well as third-party controllers. The only requirement is that the digital input operates in “dry contact” mode, ensuring seamless integration into monitoring and control systems.
