1. By mutual agreement, the Customer has the option (within 1 month of receipt of the goods) to return goods purchased on the Baltic Project Group SIA platform only in the event of an incorrect order/delivery or on the basis of the warranty terms.

2. Returns can only be made in agreement with the Baltic Project Group SIA Sales Manager.

3. The cost of transport of the returned goods to the warehouse of Baltic Project Group SIA - Jelgavas iela 28, Riga, shall be covered by the Customer.

4. Only goods that meet the following conditions are accepted for return:

  4.1. In case of incorrect order or delivery:

              4.1.1. The item(s) must be free from damage;

              4.1.2. The item(s) must be in the manufacturer's original packaging;

              4.1.3. The item(s) must be unused and in good saleable condition (must contain protective films, labels, etc.);

              4.1.4. The condition of the goods(s) must be the same as when they were accepted.

 4.2. If the Good(s) have been returned damaged:

             4.2.1. The item(s) must be in the manufacturer's original packaging.
