Threaded eye bolts can be used as part of a Zip-Clip wire suspension solution, giving the ability to connect to a number of different base materials. The male threaded eye bolts (adapters) can also be coupled with a variety of female threaded connections or fixings to give a mechanical fix, including into items offering a through-hole. All eye bolts listed have a built-in safety factor above and beyond the SWL figure provided. Suspension system SWL is dependent on wire rope used and will reduce to 15 kg if Zip-Clip G wire is used. Note that the use of stainless steel wire will also reduce SWL to 12 kg in the case of G wire and 40 kg in the case of S wire.
