The ResiTHERM® 16 and ResiTHERM® 12 distance mounting systems have an M12 connection thread for driving rain-proof mounting of heavy loads, such as canopies, awnings, railings or sun sails on insulated facades with up to 300 mm insulation thickness.

If an M10 connection thread is required instead of the M12 metric connection thread, for example for fastening awning brackets, we recommend using the ECT double threaded stud as an adapter. To do this, unscrew the pre-mounted connection thread of the ResiTHERM and instead screw the ETC adapter - thicker side (M12) first - into the head. It consists of A4 stainless steel. Therefore there is no risk of corrosion and the product is suitable for outdoor use.

An M10 nut and a washer - also made of A4 stainless steel - are included with the 70mm long threaded stud adapter M10/M12.
